A glaucoma evaluation consists of a thorough yet targeted eye exam to determine the presence or absence of glaucoma, the severity, as well as treatment to ensure that the disease process is adequately controlled. In addition to a thorough history, vision and eye pressure measurements, you will likely undergo glaucoma focused diagnostic testing including visual fields, optic nerve scan, and photos.
